This very special installation was the result of a year and a half of planning and installing for a Family whose London house was almost completely remodelled. The kitchen was designed by Martin Warbrick, and manufactured by Jane Cheel Furniture.
Martin says they are a delightful couple who impressed him by their obvious delight in spending time researching and finding exactly what they wanted in this very large space. The mix of materials in the cabinetry was complicated but exact!
Some units with fluted glass doors present a complete mix of town and country. Special attention was given to the choosing of a splendid worktop for the island which was book matched in Fusion Verde leather granite. The remainder of the kitchen worktops were in Neolith.
The informal dining area sits beautifully within the kitchen when entertaining and special attention was paid to various zones such as prepping areas, the breakfast cabinet with coffee maker, the huge Sub Zero wine cabinets and a walk in pantry.
The Ilve range was chosen, together with a huge array of Miele appliances. With four children its an easy kitchen to cook in with so much light and access to various fridges, and two dishwashers.
With beautiful views out into the garden, this light basement area is dream even in Winter.
